WATER SOLUBLE AND FEED ADDITIVE POWDER

COMPOSITION:

Each 1 gm contains: Levofloxacin 100 mg

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

LEVOCHEM contains Levofloxacin which is a third generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic that exhibits its strong bactericidal activity against most of the Gram +ve, Gram –ve and Mycoplasma.

In poultry it is indicated for the following:

1. E. coli infections, diarrhea, CRD, Infectious Coryza, enteritis, pericarditis, ovarian inflammation, staphylococcus infection, fowl cholera, and other bacterial infections associated with organisms sensitive to Levofloxacin.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For oral administration

In drinking water: 100 gm LEVOCHEM per 200 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days

In feed: 500 gm LEVOCHEM per 1 ton of feed.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 7 days from the last dose.

STORAGE: Store in dark and dry place at room temperature below 30 ^o C.
