COMPOSITION:

Each 1gm contains:

Oxytetracycline HCl: 55mg

Neomycin sulphate: 40mg

Vitamin D3: 222.22 IU

Vitamin E: 0.333 IU

Vitamin A: 1111.11 IU

Vitamin K3: 0.44mg

Vitamin B12: 4.444 mcg

Vitamin B2: 1.778 mg

Niacin : 8.889 mg

Calcium D Pantothenate: 3.333 mg

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

• NEO VITACHEM is used as an aid in the prevention of certain poultry diseases such as enteritis, CRD, Blue comb, infectious sinusitis, and colibacillosis.
• NEO VITACHEM is also indicated for the protection from stress conditions due to transportation, vaccination and change of feed.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Prevention: 100-200 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days or as recommended by veterinarian.

Treatment: 200-400 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days or as recommended by veterinarian.

WITHDRWAL PERIOD:

Don’t use animal products during treatment and within 7 days from last treatment.

STORAGE:

Store in dark and dry place at room temperature below 30^oC.
