Antiparasitic gel for horses

Composition: Each 1 gm contains:

Ivermectin: 13.33 mg

Properties and indications:

·Iverchem EquiGel is indicated for the treatment of nematode or arthropod infestations in horses due to: Large strongyles,  Small Strongyles, Lungworms (adult and immatures), Pinworms (adult and immatures), Ascarids (adults and third & fourth stage larvae), Hairworms (adults), Large-mouth stomach worms (adults), Neck threadworms (microfilariae), Intestinal threadworms (adults), Stomach bots (oral and gastric stages),and Summer Sores: (Habronema and Drashcia ssp.)

·Iverchem EquiGel is safe for all ages and breeds, including pregnant and lactating mares at any stage. Stallions may be treated without adversely affecting their fertility

Dosage and administration: single dose orally

0.2 mg active / kg b.wt., equivalent to 1.5 gm Iverchem EquiGel / 100 kg b.wt.

Before administration make sure that the horse does not have food in its mouth. Insert the syringe in the mouth and deliver the paste on the base of tongue. Raise the horse's head for a few seconds after dosing.

Use all amount immediately after opening, discard remaining amount after use.

Precaution: Extremely Dangerous To Fish and Aquatic Life.  

Withdrawal period:

Meat and offal: 34 days

Do not use in mares producing milk for human consumption.

Storage: Store at temperature below 30 C away from direct sunlight.
