A nutraceutical formula for poultry feeding

COMPOSITION: Each 1gm contains:

Gentamycin sulfate: 90 mg

Doxycycline HCl: 90 mg

Vitamin A acetate: 50 IU

Vitamin D3: 300 IU

Vitamin E: 3 mg

Vitamin K3: 3 mg

Vitamin B1: 3 mg

Vitamin B2: 6 mg

Vitamin B6:3 mg

Vitamin B12: 15 mcg

Vitamin C: 30 mg

Nicotinamide: 30 mg

Calcium Pantothenate: 15 mg

Excipient: up to 1 gm

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

• VITACHEM GD: contains gentamycin which is highly effective against the problems which are resistant to other amino-glycosides (like Neomycin, Streptomycin, Kanamycin)
• VITACHEM GD: also contains doxycycline which is rapidly absorbed from GIT following oral administration and produces an effective blood level quickly, which persists for a long period. It has a great affinity to lung tissue, therefore it is recommended especially for respiratory tract problems.
• VITACHEM GD: is used for respiratory and GIT issues especially in poultry.
• VITACHEM GD: is enriched with multivitamins to deal in hypovitaminosis during and after stress situations, i.e. due to transportation, vaccination, change of feed, etc.
• VITACHEM GD: empowers against diseases, maintains growth level of birds, egg production, hatchability and fertility.

VITACHEM GD:

is helpful in many problems:

POULTRY: Mycoplasma and a wide range of g+ve and g-ve problems as (E.Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Corynebacteria, Clostridium spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter sp., Proteus spp.)

CALVES, LAMBS AND KIDS: respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, enteritis, dysentery and enterotoxaemia.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry:

Severity: 1 gm/2 lt for 3-5 days.

Prevention: 1 gm / 4 lt for 3-5 days.

Calves, lambs, and kids:

1 gm/20 kg body weight two times daily for 3-5 days.

Feed general inclusion rate: 1 kg per ton of feed.

WITHDRWAL PERIOD:

Poultry:

Meat: 7 days

Eggs: 5 days

Claves, lambs, and kids:

Meat: 7 days.

Milk: 3 days.

STORAGE: store in a dark place at room temperature below 30 deg C.
